I take a holistic approach to ensure you can learn to best cope with difficulties including depression, anxiety, trauma, and communication issues. Your body and brain are trying to help you - let's work together to understand how it is helping.

At your session, you can expect to be treated with respect and given space to say what might be painful or scary. I will use my experience and training to help you learn to work through difficult emotions and thoughts.

Living with depression, anxiety, and trauma can be a struggle - sometimes it feels like you are fighting to breathe. I will help you to find ways to do more than survive the day and move into finding enjoyment in your life.

Located on the second floor of the building with a view of outdoors and sounds of birds - sometimes just sitting is enough to feel more calm.
