A therapist changed my life when I was a struggling teenager. I know what it feels like to experience trauma and not have the words yet. I became a counselor to offer someone else what was offered to me.

I hold an M.S. from Nova Southeastern University and practice in Coral Springs, Boca Raton, and via telehealth statewide. I blend ACT, CBT, and positive psychology — direct, warm, and focused on real progress. I also offer walk-and-talk therapy outdoors. Sessions start at $100 and I accept insurance.
