I am grounded and trained in holistic modalities such as EMDR, Yoga, and Internal Family Systems. I enjoy teaching mindfulness techniques, as well as incorporating movement into sessions.

In our sessions together we will bring together all parts of YOU. Your emotional needs, beliefs (mental), physical symptoms of pain (body), and spiritual aspects (questions about existence and future) can be explored in our sessions together.
