Gwen Mundorf

My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental and practical. I believe in creating a safe space while also helping you develop real-life tools for change. My specialties are in the areas of adult transitions (male/female), relationship challenges and clinical issues such as anxiety, and depression.

We will talk about what's been going on in your life, what you've been struggling with and what you would like to be different. There is no pressure to share everything all at once, I will go at your pace. My style with clients is supportive and conversational. I reassure my clients about the pace of my counseling style, you are in control.

Many of my clients come to me feeling anxious, burned out, or caught up in patterns they struggle to change, most clients describe me as empathic and relaxed. My style with clients is supportive and conversational. By the end of the session we'll begin to identify some initial goals and what will be the next steps together.
