My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I believe every client brings their own resilience and insight into the room, and my role is to help draw that out, not hand down answers.

Together we will build the tools and confidence needed to navigate everyday stressors and emotional hurdles. We will also explore your identity and values in a safe, nonjudgmental space where that exploration can happen freely.

Clients may describe me as warm, patient, easy to talk to and skilled at helping clients better understand themselves. Someone who genuinely understands their clients and is supportive without telling clients what to do.
