My approach is integrative and draw from many modalities, mostly Cognitive-Behavioral, Dialectical, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Not only am I person-centered, but also like to understand the system they are part of (family, community)

I specialize in working with people who:

I work with children & adolescents (5-18), adults, and couples. My specialties are grief/loss, anger management, and anxiety & depression.

I became a therapist because:

I have a heart for serving others who are in pain and struggling. I can relate and fortunate to have counselors who assisted me along the way.
