I like to help clients focus on their goals and find the right path for them! Everyone deserves to be able to talk about the difficult things in life and have support through it. Whether that is talking it through, learning new skills or just having consistent support.

We will be able to talk about what you feel ready to talk about. When it comes to trauma or chronic stress it can be hard to feel grounded, we can start with where you are ready and grow from there.

I am someone who will meet you where you are at. I am here to help guide and provide insights while also making sure you feel supported and reassured through the theraputic process.

I work with people who are struggling with chronic stress/conditions, trauma or with the LGBTQIA+ community and women's health. I specialize with conditions such as anxiety, depression and menstrual wellness like PMDD, PCOS and Endometriosis.

I became a therapist because I went through the theraputic process when I was struggling as a teen. My therapist helped me and it inspired me to want to help others in the same way. I believe everyone deserves to have access to therapy especially on the good and bad days.

I provide therapy through a holistic lens while also taking into account the medical side. We can approach how the mind and body is connected and each part might need something different but it's about the person as a whole.
