I don't focus just on homework, I want to meet you where you are at and find what will work best for you. I want you to be able to get something out of therapy but also don't feel overly pressured to fix it in a day! It's a journey and I am here!

We will be able to talk about what you feel ready to talk about. When it comes to trauma or chronic stress it can be hard to feel grounded, we can start with where you are ready and grow from there.

I provide a warm and welcoming environment so clients feel safe and secure when exploring therapy and trauma.

Are struggling with chronic stress/conditions, trauma or with the LGBTQIA+ community and women's health. I specialize with conditions such as anxiety, depression and PMDD.

I became a therapist because I went through the theraputic process when I was struggling as a teen. My therapist helped me and I wanted to give back!

I provide therapy through a holistic and medical lens and think these two both can play a part in healing. We can approach how the mind and body may need certain medical assistance while also helping heal the body through holistic practices.

I focus on the person as a whole and not just what the symptoms they are dealing with. I am here to support you through more than just symptoms.
