I work with adult women who want to understand where their patterns come from and build a more compassionate relationship with themselves. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, focused on healing the nervous system, not just thoughts. I integrate EMDR, Brainspotting, somatic work, and depth-oriented therapy when talking alone isn’t enough.
