My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct. Together we look at the patterns underneath the self-criticism, guilt, and relationship struggles, where they started, how they've been reinforced, and what keeps them going now. From there, we work on building a different way of relating to yourself, one that allows for more clarity, confidence, and ease. ​

Together we will explore the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that may be contributing to anxiety, self-doubt, relationship difficulties, or feeling stuck. We will work to better understand your strengths, develop healthier ways of coping, improve connections with yourself and others, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Clients often describe me as warm, thoughtful, and easy to talk to. I believe meaningful change begins with feeling heard, understood, and accepted, and I work to create a space where clients can show up authentically and feel supported through life's challenges.
