Many of the women I work with carry immense responsibilities within familial, relational, professional, and societal systems that often ask far more of them than they receive in return. Therapy offers one protected hour each week that's devoted entirely to you, a space where your experiences, your perspective, and your well-being take priority.

I provide mental health care that is both highly attuned and clinically thorough. Our work begins with a comprehensive understanding of you. I ask thoughtful, targeted questions about your current stressors and symptoms, protective factors, relationships, life experiences, physical health, lifestyle patterns, strengths, and the systems you’re within.

I'm drawn to working with clients navigating complex, layered experiences, including: chronic stress & trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, parenting demands, work related stress, anxiety, physical health, and ADHD. I take a comprehensive approach that considers how your experiences, relationships, neurobiology, and current demands intersect.

Although I specialize in working with children and teenagers, I’ve found that some of the most meaningful work happens when I work with mothers. Supporting a child’s well-being often begins with supporting you as you carry so much of your family’s emotional and mental load.
