I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida and Vermont and a National Certified Counselor (NCC), with training in EMDR and a strong foundation in trauma informed care. My approach is grounded in compassion and cultural responsiveness, with a focus on helping clients feel safe, seen, and supported throughout their healing process.
