I know how scary, and daunting therapy can be whether you are new to this or you are returning again. My approach is on the informal/chill side in order to allow you to feel comfortable, open and safe to share and do hard work needed to change your life, understand yourself or others, or learn new skills.

We are going to be able to do so many things including setting goals personal goals, confronting hard topics, changing behaviors, stepping out of your comfort zone, understanding yourself and others. I believe that if we meet initially and connect personally we can do some great work together, whether its individual work or couple.

In the past, my clients would say that talking to me feels like " talking to a friend", which is very cliche but these are their words. So please don't shoot the messenger. A lot of clients have shared how surprised they are with how easy it is to share with me and I'm always humbled and honored by their words.
