My goal as a therapist is to offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space. I’m here to help you build insight, develop coping tools, and reconnect with your strengths. I believe clients are the experts of their lives and my role is to navigate and support each client through their challenges in the best way possible.

I work with individuals in the age ranges of adolescents, college students, adults, and older adults navigating a range of challenges — whether it's anxiety, depression, relationship/family issues, LGBTQIA+, stress, life transitions, self-esteem, self-worth, or simply feeling stuck.

I truly love being a sounding board and supporting my clients to be the best versions of themselves from the work we do together, and more importantly, the work each client does for themselves. It brings me so much joy to see a client reach their goals and develop into who they want to be.
