I want to help my clients process through their emotions and understand themselves more deeply. Insight into how you work helps you to overcome negative patterns in your behaviors and your relationships. We will explore the experiences and deeper meaning behind what is holding you back so that you can develop more healthy functioning and reach your goals.

I seek to make my clients feel heard, seen, and cared for. I believe that every person has inherent value, and I want to encourage and empower you to become the person that you want to be. I am also a strong Christian, so we can incorporate faith into our sessions in any way that would be helpful to you if that is something that you want.
