I specialize in supporting adolescents and young adults struggling to juggle the demands of growing up. My clients often identify therapy with me as the first place they feel understood.

use techniques to help you stop negative thinking patterns and behaviors that keep you feeling sad, stressed out and unmotivated. I will teach you skills to cope with emotions so that you are not overlying on avoidance or self-medicating
