I guide female-presenting individuals in navigating their identities + purpose, as well as healing from past experiences + harmful perspectives. I believe in empowering my clients to tap into their strengths, intuition, self-love, and motivation. I want you to experience peace, connection, and authenticity within yourself and with others.

Within an environment of learning, accountability, embodiment, and compassion, you can expect to process emotions, quell negative self-talk, improve relationships, and increase agency. We will overcome past experiences that hinder growth and well-being through deep connection with your body and targeted work.

Clients describe me as an empathetic and skilled therapist who fosters a collaborative relationship built on trust and humor. They also appreciate how I look beyond the individual and include a wider view of how our culture and societal structures impact us. I am not afraid to laugh at a good joke or delve into the darker parts of the self.

Want to increase trust in themselves and connection to their full self: mind, body, and spirit. I adeptly help women in their 30/40s navigate relationship challenges and contend with internal conflicts, as well as navigate life transitions and overcoming old patterns.

I want to empower women to reclaim their narratives, heal from past traumatic events, and increase their resilience to create meaningful communities and purpose. Therapy also helped get me to where I am today. I believe in the impact of having a trusted person and place where no thought or feeling is too much, too weird, or too shameful.

I believe that we can learn from our past and release ourselves from the grasp of shame and fear. If we heal ourselves, we can help heal our families and communities. Sessions can be challenging, but are also peppered with laughter and levity. Mindfulness, breath work, acceptance, attunement, and nervous system awareness are included in many sessions.
