My approach is to establish a sense of safety before jumping into the darker parts of it all; Help you put words and insights to your triggers; guide you to see your brain/body connection so you can stop ignoring the signs your body is giving you.

We will work through unmet expectations from others, stress from sexual trauma, trying to grow into adulthood in this political environment, identity exploration, or unexpected infertility or birthing complications.

After working with me, clients feel empowered and more confident in their ability to manage difficult emotions.

I work with those entering adolescence or early adulthood who are adjusting to complex traumatic events. I am here to listen and work through anything that disrupted the life you were having OR thought you would have for yourself.
