I believe everyone deserves a space to be fully seen — without pressure to perform, fix, or pretend. So many of the women I work with have been the strong one for far too long. My deepest hope is to offer the kind of warmth, honesty, and steady presence that helps them finally feel safe enough to heal.

Outside of being a therapist, I'm a woman who values slowing down, honest conversations, and the kind of growth that happens quietly. I bring that same warmth and intentionality into my practice creating a space where women can be honest, breathe, and finally feel supported in the ways they've always supported others.
