I use a holistic and client/person-centered approach, focusing on YOU as a whole, including the mind and the body. I include mindfulness and other techniques that are specific to the individual and their unique needs. I guide my clients through a healing journey, whether it's healing emotional distress, anxiety, trauma, or other various struggles.

I primarily work with teens and adults who are struggling with certain life changes and need guidance on finding their true authentic self. I help clients who are ready to explore themselves, resolve past trauma, and get their needs met in a healthy and positive way.
