My approach to therapy includes taking an eclectic approach by using principles from Cognitive Therapy, Person-Centered, Family Systems, and Solution Focused Therapy approaches.

Part of the initial assessment includes asking the client what their goals are. I also process the results of the assessment and subsequent sessions to address other goals as the client sees fit.

Relaxing, comfortable, and nonjudgmental. I try to create an atmosphere where clients can feel safe and connected.

I work with adults with a variety of emotional issues including depression, anxiety, stress, anger, relationship issues, and grief. I also work with couples utilizing assessment tools for pre-marital and marital issues.

My goal is to help people think differently so they can get reach their true potential and enjoy life to the fullest.

I create a safe and warm environment so that clients can feel comfortable sharing their stories. A variety of tools are provided to fit individual needs, and assistance is provided with decision-making to obtain the desired outcomes.
