I work with people who often overextend themselves and are stuck in patterns of burnout, chronic stress, and perfectionism. My clients are typically high-performing individuals who are the go-to person for their family or workplace. You're used to carrying the weight for everyone else, but you’ve reached a point where you are simply exhausted.

We will identify why you feel the need to do everything and where the guilt of saying no comes from. We will untangle the family and cultural expectations that drive your perfectionism so you can set boundaries that actually work. My goal is to help you stop the cycle of burnout and learn how to prioritize your own needs without feeling like you are failing.

I am often the first person they have met who actually gets the weight they carry without them having to explain it. There is a sense of relief in not having to translate their culture or their drive. They find me to be direct, warm, and deeply human, someone they can finally be real with when they are tired of being the strong one for everyone else.

I specialize in working with high-achieving individuals, including eldest children and first or second-generation immigrants, who are navigating the pressures of family and cultural expectations.
