I take a collaborative and strengths-based approach. Together, we'll explore what's bringing you to therapy, build on your strengths, deepen self-awareness, and develop practical pathways to move forward. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and psychosomatic therapies.

In our first session, we'll explore your story, current challenges, and goals for therapy. I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. Together, we'll work toward greater health, healing, wholeness, and happiness.
