In initial sessions, we will explore your family history to determine beliefs that you formed about relationships. My goal is to guide you in better understanding your relationship beliefs so that you can heal trauma and have meaningful connections.

No one taught us how to have good relationships, and many of us had less than ideal role models. I'm here to help you recreate that narrative for yourself, your partner, and for your children.

I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a rapid trauma therapy intended to move stored traumas that may be “stuck” in the body and reprocess them in a healthier, more adaptive way.
