Working with me starts with an assessment of what the individual has experienced and what he/she feels ready to work on. Some people want direction and advice, while others prefer an exploration and options.

I am open to working with people on issues identified as obstacles to having the life and relationships they want to have. The range of topics is various and client-driven.

--have addiction(s) and/or have been affected by the addiction of a loved one; --have experienced abuse; --have a chronic illness; --are a caregiver to someone w/many needs; --struggle with confidence, with trust, and/or with building relationships.

My most deeply help value is in the ability of people from all kinds of backgrounds to make a worthwhile life w/ the "right" support.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I use telehealth in providing therapy. Doing so allows me to work with a wide variety of people in a flexible manner.
