I try to approach each session without formulaic, pre-conceived ideas about what you may need that day. My hope is that each session provides a space for self-discovery—a space in which you are able to get in touch with and reflect upon your desires and fears, dreads and fantasies.

A deeper appreciation, interruption, or modification of those patterns, can lead to a greater sense of agency, authenticity, connectedness, creativity, and joy.
