I blend practical tools, honest conversation, and optional sound bowl sessions to help individuals and families feel more steady, connected, and in control.

We’ll gently explore what’s been weighing on you, whether that’s anxiety, ADHD, trauma, relationships, or life changes. You’ll gain tools that actually help, strengthen communication, and feel more confident navigating challenges with clarity, connection, and ease individually or as a family.

I’ve always been drawn to helping people feel seen and understood. I believe healing happens when individuals and families feel safe enough to be honest and supported enough to grow. I do this work to help people reconnect, build confidence, and create meaningful change.
