I have experienced many challenges in my life that have shaped me into the person I am today. I felt that the world lacked therapists who couldn't resist being so by-the-book. I am a realist therapist with a humanistic approach who will treat you with compassion and care, and I will not rush you to change in just a few sessions.

I offer remote and in-person sessions Monday through Friday and see clients as late as 8pm.
