If you're the one who holds it together for everyone else (the eldest daughter, the high-achiever, the one who's spent years chasing the next level of "good enough”) I get it, because I've been there too. I’m here for the burned out folks who are scared of being anything less than perfect.

Together, we'll create a supportive, collaborative space where you can show up as yourself, practice new skills, and move towards the life you want to life. My approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Attachment Theory, and a humanistic, person-centered perspective.

I bring warmth, curiosity, and cultural humility to every therapeutic relationship, and I deeply value the courage it takes to step into therapy.

I’m passionate about working with high-achieving professionals and creatives navigating burnout, perfectionism, and identity exploration.

I became a therapist because I’ve seen how powerful it can be when people feel truly heard and understood. I care deeply about helping people build meaningful, connected lives and relationships grounded in clarity, compassion, and shared values.

As a queer, multiracial woman, I'm deeply committed to creating an affirming space for queer and BIPOC folks, including those in poly/kink/ENM communities. In my free time, you’ll find me playing video games, outside with my dog Barry, and exploring the world with my partner.
