I take a collaborative approach in my practice, working alongside clients to understand the root of what brings them in. Together, we explore all parts of the self, including those that may feel out of reach or accompanied by shame, with the hope of fostering greater integration, authenticity, and self-understanding.

We will begin by creating space for you to share your story while I listen with curiosity. As we build a strong therapeutic relationship, I hope to better understand your wishes, vulnerabilities, and strengths. Further, I will take an active role in our sessions by asking thoughtful questions and offering new perspectives when helpful.

Clients often describe me as open, curious, honest, and humorous. I recognize that therapy can feel unfamiliar, and many people may not know where to begin or what to expect. I bring humility to the therapeutic relationship, with the goal of helping clients feel comfortable, supported, and understood throughout their journey.
