I’m interested not only in helping you feel better, but in understanding why you feel and respond the way you do. My approach is warm, curious, and depth-oriented. We’ll pay attention to patterns in your relationships, emotions, and past while also making room for humor, creativity, and the parts of you that don’t fit neatly into a diagnosis.

Together, we will explore the places where you feel stuck—whether that’s relationships, anxiety, ADHD, work, identity, or simply the feeling that your life isn’t quite fitting. We will work to understand where those patterns come from while experimenting with new ways of relating to yourself and the people around you.

My clients describe me as warm, curious, thoughtful, and easy to talk to. I bring genuine interest, humor, and compassion into the room while also asking questions that invite deeper reflection. I aim to create a space where you can feel understood, challenged when helpful, and free to show up as your full, complicated self.

I specialize in working with young adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, relationships, identity, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are thoughtful, curious people who may seem successful on the outside but feel stuck, disconnected, or uncertain underneath. I help them better understand themselves and build lives that feel more meaningful.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a playwright and actor, as well as in education, where I became fascinated by how people grow, make meaning, and understand themselves. Therapy felt like a natural next step: a chance to bring curiosity, creativity, and a love of human stories into deeper, more personal work.
