This is a space for the parts of yourself you haven't quite known what to do with. Life transitions, relationship struggles, or stress that lives in the body can make it hard to feel fully present. And some of what we carry is harder to name. Anxiety, repeating patterns, exhaustion from your own mind.

I work with teens and adults, individuals and couples, seeking deeper understanding as well as relief. I work by stepping into your world with you. I listen for what's said and what isn't, noticing what you might not have words for yet, and offering back what I see with warmth and care. And I work with couples in recurring cycles of conflict or distance.

My approach is psychoanalytic and relational, which means paying attention to patterns, what lives beneath the surface, and what happens between us in the room. I also attend to somatic experience, creating a space where curiosity can replace self-criticism. I see clients both in Chicago and online. If this resonates, I'd welcome you to reach out.
