I support clients in treating themselves with curiosity so they can speak about their lives in ways that promote self-discovery, acceptance, and change. Our most difficult ordeals tap into parts of ourselves that we don't fully understand. Exploring these parts of ourselves can open doors to new ways of handling our emotions and our relationships.
