I support clients in coping with the complexities of all the parts of life that intersect with the experience of caring for a young child. I often support those who were parented in less-than-ideal ways themselves, and who are working hard to parent their own children differently. I also work with those who have lost pregnancies or experienced birth trauma.

For parents: manage parenting anxiety, clarify parenting values, work on collaboration and communication between partners, and focus on providing secure attachment experiences to little ones. For loss experiencing reproductive trauma and/or loss: we will focus on rebuilding trust in your body, interacting with the wider world, and figuring out what's next.
