My therapeutic approach is relational and tailored to each individual. Rather than relying on a single modality, I integrate techniques from various therapeutic frameworks to best meet each client's unique needs. I prioritize building a strong, trusting relationship where clients feel secure enough to explore, heal, and grow.

Emotional distress often arises in the space between what feels known and what feels uncertain. I work with individuals who are navigating change, loss, and trauma, helping them make meaning of their experiences. In therapy, we explore how clients understand their world and their role within it, fostering a stronger sense of agency, clarity, and confidence.

I provide a non-judgmental and supportive space for healing, while cultivating relational security and trust. We use these foundational elements as a springboard for healthier and more fulfilling relationships and behaviors beyond the therapy office. In treatment, I strive to treat each client's suffering with compassion and curiosity.
