Together we will work to find and discard unneeded strategies and patterns of behavior, and discover the strengths and tools you need and want. We will uncover new options for change and build an awareness of your agency to make the change. I'm here to help you know and express your needs. I am committed to providing a safe place where you can be you!

I'm flexible and responsive to where you're at and what your needs are as they develop and change. I'm curious and open; I want to get to know you in all parts of your life! I love a good laugh! I work primarily with identity formation and integration. Whether it's at the intersection of queerness and faith/spirituality, chronic illness/pain and your body, grief and family relationships, or any other crossroad you find yourself at, I'm here to help you explore who you are and what you need.

I've always loved stories; Stories in books, poems, paintings, dance, and stage! Knowing our own story and sharing it is an important part of how we relate to ourselves and others. I want to make space for your story as we try to make sense of it and figure out the next chapters. Finding agency within our story is necessary for pursuing change and wellness.
