I aim for my approach to be collaborative and intergrative. I have found a home in the overlap between attachment-focused and trauma-focused treatment. I believe acquainting to and building safety in our therapeutic relationship is fundamental before moving into modality-focused work. I am fascinated by the nuances of the brain and the mind, as well as the complexities that most of us may choose to initially turn away from, that actually make us whole. Parts of myself that I have learned to integrate upon my own healing journey has, too, led me toward my life's work.

I am the owner of Peony Path Psychotherapy, a trauma-focused private practice that was founded in aim of embracing, accepting, and integrating complexity, while working to help people live out their most authentic selves. I see clients in-person and virtually, should availability allow.
