I pay close attention to our therapeutic relationship and adapt it to provide a corrective relational and emotional experience that will in turn help you develop better connections with the important people in your life outside of treatment. This ability to develop mutually supportive relationships with others will be key to your wellbeing.

Our ability to work collaboratively in sessions together, exploring the complex and troubling aspects of your life story, will allow us to put into language the things that are most bothering you, to produce new insights about your emotional and relational processing. Over time, this new understanding will lead to profound changes and allow you to flourish.

My clients describe me as calm, attentive, and humorous (when appropriate). They would also describe me as empathic, straightforward, and non-judgmental, which allows me to provide you with a safe space in which to develop understanding and find resolution to the issues that are weighing on you.
