I have worked as a therapist for going on 20 years. I have integrated many different approaches into my work with clients, from behavioral (some DBT) to psychodynamic. I believe that this helps me tailor my approach to each individual that I meet.

I want to help my clients make changes in their lives. I will help you identify goals and begin the change-process. Importantly, you will be able to talk about things that you have not been able to share with others and identify obstacles to change.

Therapy with me is like having a conversation. I try to make sure that you talk as much, or more, than I do, but, I typical join in the conversation.
