I'm not a blank-slate therapist. I'm warm, present, and genuinely invested in you as a person. I'll follow your lead and let you set the pace. And I won't reduce you to a set of symptoms. Whatever you're feeling, there's probably a very good reason for it. That's usually where we start.

Figure things out. Bring whatever's on your mind, and we'll start to untangle what's causing you pain, what's getting in your way, and what a more settled version of yourself looks like. We'll work with your mind and body, because sometimes the answers live there too. No agenda, just exploration
