Embedded in my therapeutic approach are values centered on fat liberation, antiracism, feminism and anti-capitalistic practices. We'll use an Internal Family Systems approach to connect with our grounded, values-based selves. I’ll encourage you to appreciate the ways our bodies try to protect us. Once we begin to understand our system, we begin to transform.

I know how powerful therapy can be when the therapeutic relationship is built on emotional safety and trust. My goal as your therapist is to support you in regaining self-trust, compassion and confidence.

My personal experience in healing from disordered eating & OCD transformed my sense of self & brought me a sense of liberation I had never quite felt before. The world is in need of more therapists of color, queer therapists, therapists willing to push back against white supremacy and its roots in therapeutic care. I'm proud to be a part of that story.

My work with clients is highly collaborative. Meaning, I don't pretend to know what's best for you or be the expert on your life. My goal is support you in finding your values and using those values as a guide for decision making, cultivating meaningful relationships and redefining your relationship with yourself.
