My approach is unique because I integrate IFS, EMDR, and polyvagal-informed care to allow emotional processing to happen in a way that feels safe and respectful. We take time to build trust and gain permission from protective parts first so nothing feels overwhelming or forced. Translation- we don’t bulldoze into trauma. To go slow is to go fast.

Instead of focusing on what’s "wrong", together we will get curious about the parts of you that developed to help you cope, even the parts you don’t like. I love this work because I truly believe it brings lasting change. There’s always a reason your system learned to respond the way it does, even if it’s confusing or frustrating now.

My clients would likely describe me as warm, grounding, and direct. I balance validation with honest challenge, adapt to each client’s needs, and create a space where people feel understood without judgment. I’m especially attuned to shame, emotional regulation, and underlying patterns, helping clients feel safe, seen, and genuinely supported.
