We cannot control anything but ourselves and we cannot change our shared reality. But the truth is we don't see the world as IT is, we see it as WE are. My approach focuses on developing the self so that you're better equipped to navigate and cope with those uncontrollable things around you. Because the other things don't necessarily change, but you will.

Just as physical pain alerts us to bodily harm, emotional pain is how our mind calls attention to something psychologically harmful around/within us. We address the call by setting boundaries, curating a safe/supportive environment (to the extent possible for you), discovering and falling for your individual identity, and living a life that feels meaningful.

My clients describe me as authentic, laid back, easy to talk to, humorous, and safe. They appreciate that I am realistic and will challenge them, but am also fair and incredibly patient. I've been told I make my clients feel truly seen, heard, and cared for, and that I bring a warmth and comfort that invites them to be vulnerable and open.
