Life altering experiences are not always obvious… in fact, they can appear quite subtle, yet have a large impact on the way we view the world, and view ourselves. Whether you are struggling with fear, anger, low self-worth, relationship conflicts- we will explore where those challenges come from.

I work with clients/families to explore negative behaviors and better understand what is really going on beneath the surface. In addition to working with a variety of challenges, I practice trauma-informed care.
