I specialize in working with kids, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, and family conflict. Along with families with dementia.

I became a therapist in memory of my mom — my beloved, her joy. Losing her began my own healing journey, which deepened while working with children at Mooseheart. Their joy helped restore mine. Now, I walk alongside children, teens, and families, creating a space where healing is possible and joy can return.

I offer online therapy for all ages, evenings only. I now offer in home therapy with kids and families, from the comfort of the kids and families own home. I offer dog therapy and groups for kids and teens.
