I approach the therapeutic relationship from a strengths-based perspective with the belief that you are the expert of your own experience. I take an eclectic approach to treatment using many frameworks as needed.

I ask clients in our first session what they most need to get out of our work together, at this time. Often, identifying the challenge comes first. However, I think it is just as important to identify the strengths that will help you to grow.

I believe that the most important element of therapy is the relationship between the provider and the client.
