I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, perfectionism, ADHD, & OCD. When you work with me, we'll slow down enough to figure out what's really keeping you stuck.

I draw from several modalities including CBT, DBT, and ACT and tailor everything to you. I am also currently completing advance OCD training because this population deserves a therapist who really gets it.

Warm and authentic, and willing to challenge you when it matters. Growth can feel uncomfortable- that’s often a sign it’s working. I’ll help you identify what’s holding you back and walk alongside you as you move forward.

My clients are often high-achieving people who look like they have it all together on the outside while quietly struggling on the inside. As a recovering anxious perfectionist myself, I know firsthand how exhausting it can be. Getting help isn't a sign of weakness; it's one of the bravest things you can do.
