My approach is to utilize a dynamic and non-traditional approach to therapy. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, strength-based techniques, and the utilization of resiliency to bolster feelings of confidence while working in partnership.

My areas of focus are how anger management, emotional regulation, racial trauma, anxiety management, grief and loss, LGBTQ+ challenges, relational concerns, and familial trauma have impacted you from being your full and loving self.

I specialize in working with a diverse group of people (people of color and LGBTQI individuals) who have experienced marginalization, othering by family and friends. I believe in supporting people to express themselves fully in a nonjudgmental way.
