With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I enjoy working with children 11+, teens, college students, emerging adults, and adults with diverse backgrounds. I use an eclectic approach, and draw from a variety of therapeutic tools and modalities that I have an experienced background in, or have been trained and certified to implement.

Working alongside my clients, I help to illuminate areas of their lives that may need focus, set meaningful goals, and build skills to foster a sustainable holistic approach to long-term emotional balance. I'm passionate about helping others navigate life's challenges with courage, and will always meet you where you are on your personal wellness journey.
