I'm here to walk alongside you, help you make sense of things, and support you in figuring out what's working, what's not, and what you want to shift. I provide support to a wide range of individuals, including teens and adults 12 and older, each bringing their unique experiences and strengths.

I believe therapy works best when there’s a real, honest connection. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and focused on creating a space where you can be yourself. I'm also a big animal lover & would welcome any pet appearances in session! Like many, I'm figuring it out as I go by learning, growing, & doing my best to show up with care & authenticity every day.
