Hi, I'm Meg; it's so nice to meet you! My approach is evidence-based and includes CBT, exposure-based work, strength-based strategies, evolutionary psychology, and mindfulness. My clients need to know that they are not the problem that needs fixing, but instead are equipped with nervous systems, routines, or patterns that may benefit from direction.

Any client of mine would describe me as energetic, warm, and refreshing. Because life throws us difficult battles that require examining patterns and behaviors, I always find space for humor along the way. I bring a mix of brightness, honesty, and curiosity that encourages understanding and connection.
